Debt Products is a predominantly London-based team within Investment Banking
The team originates, executes, syndicates and manages the provision of debt and/or equity financing and risk management products in European leveraged transactions; principally acquisitions made by international private equity firms, entrepreneurs, Kaupthing Capital Partners ("KCP") and advisors.

- Aqusition & Leveraged Finance
Structures, arranges and underwrites acquisition and leveraged finance, including senior debt, mezzanine and equity related products. - Debt Syndication and Distributions
We build the relationships with potential investors and lead the transactions.
MiFID
The purpose of the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (MiFID) is to introduce a single market and regulatory regime for investment services across the 30 member states of the European Economic Area.
