Singer & Friedlander Funding Plc (in administration) - Update

“The Joint Administrators of Kaupthing Singer & Friedlander Limited (in administration) ("KSF" and the "KSF Administrators") have announced on 17 March 2010 that they intend to declare the third interim dividend to non-preferential creditors at a rate of 5p in the £. In accordance with the notice of intended dividend issued on 18 February 2010, the KSF Administrators are required to declare the dividend within 2 months of 19 March 2010.

The KSF Administrators have advised that an update on the timing of the declaration and payment of the third dividend will be made in the week commencing 29 March 2010.”
